Sisyrinchium is a son of Dhruv, a well known stallion in the Show ring and famous sire of endurance stock. He was successful in the Show Ring as a young horse and went on to a career under saddle culminating in being chosen as Champion Pure Bred Stallion under saddle at the Arab Horse Society Show at Malvern. Following the lead of his sire Sisyrinchium has had important winning progeny in Endurance. Further to that his offspring have had numerous successes on the eventing circuit.

The Anglo Arab stallion All That Jazz was imported to Biddesden from Victoria in Australia as a colt. His sire is the Arab stallion SS City Lights who was bred in the USA and nearly 16 hands. His dam is Belingo, an Australian Thoroughbred by Saulingo. Jazz was always a tall colt with great scope to his stride. He has the softest and springiest of canters as all who have been lucky enough to ride him will attest. He was taken through the ranks to advanced level in British Eventing by William Fox-Pitt and went hunting for a season with the South and West Wilts. His foals have been successful in the show ring and have made a promising start in eventing, with their big strides and elegant steady head positions.

Incognito is by Indoctro, the legendary Show Jumper sire of the VDL Stud in the Netherlands and out of our Anglo Arab eventing mare Turkish Candle.

We retained Turkish Candle as a brood mare as she has the merit and qualities to be the dam of stallions — steadiness, soundness, good limbs and superb courage across country. She is by the home-bred Arab stallion Bajazeth and out of the Thoroughbred mare Donna Candelabra by Don Carlos by Charlottesville.

We have a full sister to Incognito named Imbroglio who evented up to Intermediate level and is now a broodmare. We were so pleased with her talents that we repeated the match.

Incognito is 7 years old and is currently eventing at Novice level. He already has four elegant daughters and a son on the ground.

He has been gelded for the better furtherance of his competitive career. We have frozen semen available (including US & Antipodean quarantine requirements). Incognito has recently been graded for breeding by the SHB (GB).
